2026/2027 APPLICATIONS

Applications are now open for the 2026/27 season, the closing date for applications is the 31st March 2026.
All teams wishing to play in the MJPL next season must complete an application form. Please can you ensure that the forms are completed by the club secretary rather than the managers so that we can download the information per club. Individual team applications could be lost. 
Any clubs which does not wish to remain in membership of the competition must let the League Secretary know of your intention to withdraw by 31st March 2026. 
Please complete form A once per club application and form B for each new team. Once the application forms are received an invoice will be issued for the application fees of £25 per team (payable by return). The balance of the League fees are payable by the 31st May 2025 as per league rules.
